Do not take this class with this teacher. This class will teach you nothing and lower your GPA. She doesn't care about the education of her students and I really don't know why she even attempts to teach those going into the field of education. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! She is terrible. She will make you feel stuid if you ask a question, she hands out tons of projects and she isn't organized. She also assings a lot of projects. Waste of time and money with her she is the worst teache I have ever had in my college career. |

Whitaker is a terrible teacher, she makes everything unclear and at the beginning of both courses 305 and 306 she hands out about 100 papers and some you will not need until the last day she is so disorganized and does not know how to teach. DO NOT TAKE HER! |

This lady should never have received tenure status in the first place. She nearly drove all motivation out of me and it was very difficult to recover. The worst prof. I've ever had, and some say she's one of the worst in the city of Chicago. Luckily, I didn't allow this lady to beat me. |

Everything you hear about this prof. is true!! DO NOT TAKE HER!! You will NOT get an A and you will have to work super difficult to get a B. On your papers she will find mistakes even if you had several people look over them. exams are papers and you basically have to remember whole chapters of the book and write an essay about it. terrible teacher |

This teacher created the most unclear projects. She even changed her expectations on some projects the class day before they were due. No matter how much effort put into an assignment, the grade will most likely be a C. She is the teacher that will cause students to stop trying because she never has anything positive to say. |

Had her for both 305 & 306. Really high standards, but if you work at it difficult and put UNIVERSITY level effort in, you can get a decent grade, honestly a term A is pretty unattainable. She is not clear on projects and clarification is difficult to get, at great. Read her projects before doing them & do much more than expected to get a B+ |

She expects you to already know everything, I dropped the course b/c I didnt need her rough grading to lower my gpa |

I would do everything you can not to take this women. I have never complained about teacher, but she is AWFUL! She is so rude, makes students feel dumb and is not accommodating. It's a terrible way to start your education courses. She gives C's on all assingments, lots of group work and not time to get to together. DO NOT TAKE! |
