prof. Tokic is one outstanding dude. By far, his class is the most fascinating. How he relates the class material to stories or current events is superb. Not to mention, he has a great sense of humor. His class comprises of 3 exams & attendance. Not only will you learn a ton of business law material from him, but you will enjoy your semester. |

Great prof., really intelligent, crystal clear and very informative. You have to read and study the cases at the end of the book, but if you do just that, you are sure to get at least a B. Not very difficult material. |

prof., Tokic does an excellent job in explaining the course material. He takes the time to help those who are confused on certain topics and he encourages students to asks questions. If you take great notes and read the chapters you are guaranteed to earn an A in his class. I highly recommend that you take prof. Tokic. |

Profesor Tokic is excellent! He is very honest and upfront. He takes his time with the material and tells you exactly what to expect on the exam. He makes the class enjoyable by relating to real world examples. He does not talk down , no matter how dumb the question/response ( and there were a few ). I would highly suggest taking his class! |

Tokic is THE man! Classy, professional, chill and hillarious. Makes you enjoy a really dull and dry subject. His courses are really, really fun.. and at times quite hilarious. Does a great job teaching you the subject matter though, and the class structure is impartial and effective. No pointless homework or projects. Don't miss out on this teacher!! |
