Great Teacher. Very clear about what he wants. He even provides examples. His 310 course is based heavily around the "Dumbed Down" project. But that whats the class is about. The project is dumbed down a bit just so that you can learn the process. You get another chance to make a better one in a later class. He gives very accommodating feedback. |

prof. Lovering is great. Very accommodating and knows his things. I don't know about all these other people, but coming to class prepared would've helped you out a little. I will definitely take his courses in the future!! |

Art super knows what he is talking about and will give you extra help if you need it. He just likes your papers to be very detailed, so keep that in mind when writing them for him. I also had him for HRD-320 and am taking him again for HRD-310. He truly cares about how his students are doing in his courses. |

Like others said, he is friendly, but his teaching quality in this class isn't too high. Most of your grade comes from a project, and he doesn't do a great job of preparing you for it in class. His HRD experience is just teaching adults to read and write, and this project is dumbed down too. |

prof. Lovering makes it simple on his students. You'll learn something from his class, but if you have questions about HRD in a corporate context, expect vague answers. He's never done corporate work, and he tends to dumb everything down a little too much. All that aside, he's great in this class, especially if you just want to get it over with. |
