This teacher is awful! She is very disorganized, can not keep track of your work and gets very annoyed when you ask questions. She expects her class to be your world!I am so unprepared to teach reading and she did very little to teach CURRENT methods. IF you can take another teacher it is in your great interest and will help you be a better teacher. |

I really enjoyed my time in this class! If you come to class, follow the syllabus to a T, listen to Dr. Karr, talk to her after class or e-mail her..she will re-explain herself better. I e-mailed her all the time and did everythign she had asked for and got an A in class. |

This teacher is RIDICULOUS!! You will be very confused-she is so disorganized, not on time, will not explain ANYTHING, talks about herself, and does not know how to run a class. This should have been Methods of how NOT to teach. If you follow her directions (given on 6 different sheets/Blackboard/email) you will get an A but great luck! |

I took this class and yeah I have to agree that Dr. Karr can be disorganized and didn't engage the class into discussion and what not. But,if you do the projects she asks... follow the rubric to a T...and just show up to class...you will get an A like I did. :) (P.S. Don't pay attention to the ISBN number I wrote above) |

This teacher had no business teaching Methods of Teaching ELL & Multiculutural Groups. She talks about her trips to Jamaica, gives useless projects, sits in her chair the entire time. I wish I never took this class, it was a waste of my time and money and she should no longer be a teacher. I dont understand how she is still allowed to teach |
