Her grading policy is ridiculous, with spelling being weighted more then content. Class is full or irrelevant chit-chat. She doesn't post her PPTs, because she thinks someone will "steal" them. She seems like a very intelligent lady, but she is not a teacher I would ever take again. |

This prof. is very accommodating and professional! This course is HRD so of course expect to have a lot of talking in class! Keep in mind if you are going to be a TRAINER you need to keep the class talking about issues about the training world! I took her class and will definitely take it again! For those complaining, you might want to reconsider HRD |

Her class is very irrelevant. Stupid chit chat all period, the group work is pointless and doesn't teach much. She talks about nothing all period then grades like a nazi! Tears apart every ones papers but gives no feedback. Grading is not impartial she makes you feel stupid no matter how difficult you work. She is very particular about punctuality and attend |

She is very unclear on what she wants in her papers. Also, you need to cite within the paper, but she does not tell you that beforehand. She also likes a intro and conclusion. Grades very oddly on papers. Class consists of a lot of irrelevant chit chat. She laughs when nothing is hillarious. Haha indeed. |

Even though I received a great grade, I had no idea how she was going to grade my papers. great Luck. She was sometimes grading more on grammar than on content, and in the course syllabus, that she handed out, there was a glaring error: "Don't simple rely on spellcheck". Looks like somebody relied on spellcheck. |

prof. Goering is very friendly and approachable. She explained things clearly if you didn't understand, and was organized and always on time. However, the negative side is she always wants the students to talk and even if you don't want to she calls your name and goes all around the class. Sometimes you just want to learn and not talk haha. |
