This place was so dirty when i moved in and i lived there for almost 3 years never had a problem until they wanted us out. They excepted the snap and still kicked my self and family out. They don't keep up on maintenance. They change management so regular. My AC unit was out for 18 days in July and over 100 in my place and i had an elderly woman living there and they did not care nor do they care. They DO NOT GIVE BACK ANY Deposit. They walk in with out notice. Your not even allowed to have a basketball hoop up. This is by far the worst place that i and my family has ever lived at. College students be aware they jack the rent up..... ...

I'm over 60 years old and I had informed them that my air conditioner had broke right around the same time there was Triple digits they refused to fix the air conditioner. I'm also disabled and explained my health concerns to them and they still would not answer my phone calls anymore they told their maintenance worker not to come over to fix it this place is one of the worst place I have ever seen and being over 60 years old you can imagine how many I have seen they are slumlords.. Street parties on the weekends beer cans everywhere and they don't clean them up... Its really hard to get anything fixed because they just rig it too get by... Please think twice before you live there. ...

The worse people in the world to rent from. I had mice in my place and they refused to remove them. Claiming they don't have time to do so. Property Mgr kept changing every other day. Never answer phone when called. Place was not move in ready. My kids feet were so black as soon as we walked through the door to start moving in. Absolutely disgusting place. Also Property was taken back from the bank due to not paying their bills. Definitely will never rent from this place again! ...
