Do yourself a favor keep looking around the rental office people are very nasty speaking to you they do not care at all about you they only want your money they refuse to fix anything in your apartment they will ignore you and give you a run around story for ongoing months it took 3 months to replace a ceiling bathroom fan . They are all lie to your face very bad property . And nothing but mice constantly in your apartment . ...

Moving from here , glad found a much better place to go for the same rental price new place staff is excellent ! They @ new property are willing to do anything to ensure you are happy . So glad to not have to deal with mice at Brambury Ridge ANYMORE . Not great from Brambury keep your money . ...

We have lived here for many years , it's not a place to brag about the bldg. Hall ways are only vaccumed every couple months . They never mop the floor , they remain black . Huge Turn Over of workers nobody stays very long always a different person every year . Huge mice issue every winter inside Apt. Do your your research carefully ! ...

We are long time residents there , over 15 years . Yes High Level of Staff Turnover for maintance Also for Office Rental Manager this is not unusual it's been ongoing for many years . As far as Mice Problem in Winter always put in pipe behind stove Steel WooL that you buy to clean Your pot's and pans stuff in pipe down as far you can ! It takes years from them chewing on it . Check pipe every year it prevents them from coming inside apt . ...

Needed much upgrade of property , it's convenient for surrounded areas . Bldg s need to be cleaned nobody available to clean it's dirty . Smells musty odor . Although quiet property , not sure if I would recommend ?
