I really appreciated Makayla at the front desk she always went above and beyond to help with whatever was necessary. The rooms are spacious and really felt like home which is hard to do when your going to college.

The Grove is student-based apartments that are off-campus and in a quieter area of Ames. It's kept clean and well taken care of and the staff if super polite. Not too expensive, I think it's a good price for what you get. Overall I love it!

The apartment is spacious with great appliances and an open concept. When we first arrived, a couple of minor details were missing and broken. Overall, I am excited to remain here for the rest of the year!
