Every time I rent from these storage facilities I feel nickel and dimed. You are forced to take out their insurance on rental, buy their lock, and pay an "adminstration fee". This facility is clean, but nothing out of the ordinary. Negatives include: 1. Two small elevators; one with 36" door opening, other with 40" opening. Both about 6 feet deep. Long items have to be put on the diagonal, which is challenging when the doors close so fast. The smaller elevator does not open level with floor so there is a transition bump that is difficult to push the cart over. 2. Have 3 carts, which are supposed to be for Cubesmart customers but are rarely there because other tenants in the building take then and use them. Also, carts are not cleaned or repaired. One does not track in a straight line (pulls to one side) and the handle is not secured to the cart. 3. There is one dock level door, and one ramp leading to two indoor loading / unloading spaces. They are usually busy, so you may have to wait awhile to get in or get out of the loading area. You may end up being blocked in.
