Really chill and friendly prof.. I would absolutely take him again. I wish he was teaching other courses; unfortunately real estate finance is the only class he's teaching. |

This prof. was outstanding. I would take him again in a heart bit. Very knowledgable in real estate. You do have to study no free riding with this guy. |

I agree with other reviewer. He don't have enough experience to teach undergraduates. He's ok to talk as a friend but not qualified to be teaching in University level course. |

Avoid this prof.. He just have MA degree and teaching undergraduate courses. He shouldn't be teaching this course unless he's Ph.D and 10yrs teaching experience. This is NEIU policy. Unfortunately, this policy not applied to him and based on he don't qualify to teach. What a shame and double standard. Whereas, other prof.s well qualified. |

Definitely not an simple prof., but impartial. exams are not simple but as long as you study and practice the problems you should be fine. Practice problems alot and understand them. Overall he is a great teacher, very knowledgeable! MUCH Better than my last Finance class. |

Prof. Daudbasic is very knowledgeable. He works in the industry full-time and teaches part-time so he's got plenty of real world examples, and can offer guidance in today's real estate market. The class overall, I think, is very useful even if your only encounter with loans will be your home mortgage. Highly recommended. |
