TERRIBLE!!! He's an simple grader, but a terrible prof.. Sometimes I wonder whether or not he understands the material himself. Definitely bring something to keep you busy, or you're guaranteed to fall asleep.
This prof. is a genius. And as such has a difficult time communicating with people. Read the books and ask questions. You will do fine if you do.
Waldman is not a great teacher. The class was dull. He has no lesson plans and stutters a lot. He just assigns chapters to read and answer the questions in the end of the section to do for homework, then go over them in class. Every once in a while throw in a quiz but that was it. He has an very curved grading scale, so if you want an simple A.
great teacher, sometimes he seems very boerd with the subject he teaches, which is bad because its dry material and can get complex. Just do the homework and try to participate and listen and you will be ok.
SO dull. He rambles, he doesn't make sense. I'm sure he has never prepared a lesson plan in his life. You don't need to show up to class, but the answers to essay questions are straight out of his courses--if you can follow his train of thought. simple A.
He is a very friendly prof.. He cares about everyones oppinion and wants everyone to understand the material. Phil. isnt simple! but he makes it clear!!! he answers every question and is very accommodating and understanding. read what he tells you to read, attend class, do the work and you will get a great grade! :)
He is hilarious, his class can be very difficult and dull but he understands that you don't get it. He will go over the same thing over and over but he is real lax on attendance, there were only two papers, simple grader, no exam no homework. just read. |
