Doesn't explain the projects well. Took her for 313D she was fine with that but once again her main problem is her lack of explanation for the projects. 310 was hell for me! Never had a problem with any other HRD prof. and ive had them all except for dundas. Id try to take someone else for this if possible |

Although I enjoyed the fundamentals from this class, I didn't personally enjoy having Dr. Truty as a prof.. She waits until AFTER an assignment is due to thoroughly explain what is expected. great lessons. She knows her things but she's very incomprehensible at times. |

Wdislikever you do, do not fall behind. This was a once a week class and you had to be on top of things. Two people in my class disappeared the last few weeks. They seemed chill at the start, but they never showed up again. The grading is tough. The only great part is that we were able to have a partner. |

Don't let the hype fool you. It doesn't matter if you have Truty's prof. edition cheat-sheet to help, or any students you want to have, 310 is not simple. I took it with her a few semesters ago. Also, Dr. Dundis does the internship. No offense, but don't take her for 310. |

Take her for 313D, you won't be sorry. I am also happy to see all of the junk posts about the Sopranos, Jersey Shore and actors are gone. It is okay to post about that things, but like others have mentioned use Facebook or another source. Keep this site for the instructors. |

. . . TBC and more - .C.4 - HRD 310 is tough, but muscle through it, and you?ll be okie dookie. Both of you, go for it ;) Do the work! HRD 300 with Dr. Truty was easier, but this is 310. GET WITH THE PROGRAM PEOPLE! :) |

My ranking of the NEIU HRD prof.'s: 1.) Dr. Benson 2.) Dr. Truty 3.) Mr. Art Lovering 4.) Mrs. Betsie Frank. All of these prof.'s are great. No complaints on my part. Students should be ranked on Facebook and blogged about there, not on this site. Thanks for my two cents. |

Guys, Truty is a pro! You search the dictionary for professional and you will see her picture there. Quit complaining and just do the work. Don?t fall behind and you will do fine. It is a 300 level course, not 100. Stop being lazy! |

All of you Truty disliker's need to back off! Truty is the great prof. at this University. Some other prof.'s call themselves, "doctors" because they have a Ph.D, but they aren't half as savvy, bright and skilled as Dr. Truty! She is the real deal! This has turned into an opinion blog instead about nothing. Go Dr. Truty! |

Last poster: So what, I'm a 37 year old married woman and I watch Jersey Shore! What is your point? Dr. Truty is a must if you are doing your undergrad in HRD. NEIU is only a few schools that offers this type of program. |

Jersey Shore . . . my niece watches that! How old are you people? Dr. Truty is very intelligent and knows her material, but I do prefer Dr. Benson. She has some wonderful stories and it makes the class go by quickly. |

Wow, there are dumb people who go to NEIU. The last post made no sense. Dr. Truty is fantastic! How can anyone not like her? She is sweet, caring and wonderful. As you can see from the other people who reviewed her, she is worth your tuition and time. This is coming from a professional woman who goes to school at nights. TAKE HER TAKE HER TAKE HER |
