Great prof.! The class is defensively not the easiest class I've taken but very fascinating. Take home exams only but you can be in groups. Make sure you form in a group with intelligent people. Before hand in the exam you can always go and ask him questions. He helped me a lot. Be prepared to study! |

I think he's an outstanding prof.. I had no interest in law, but he changed my mind. He's got great cases to discuss so you don't want to miss his courses.He will challenge you to think and you really have to work to get an A in his class. I disagree that he makes you feel stupid. Great prof.. Subject matter is difficult as EXPECTED. great idea to attend every class because he uses examples that will be on the exams. He will allow you to bring your multiple choice to him for review prior to turning it in. Very fascinating person. If you are lazy you will fail this class. Man up and put in work. |

He is a terrible prof.! Bouncing off the answers for take home exams are not accommodating because you don't know what answers you got wrong. In class exams are based on CPA questions and you have 1 minute to answer each question. He has a general inapproachable and unfriendly attitude. Do not take his class,I strongly suggest taking Tokic for BLAW. |

i learnt a lot in this class.projects and exams are not simple but not impossible.They are a little time consuming and contain particular questions that require you to think in depth. I really enjoyed this challenge and recommend his class! |

Easiest Class ever. Attendance is not required and all the exams are take home and can work in group. Can ask him if your answers are correct with him before turning it in. The last 3 exams are multiple choice and you can still ask him to check your answers. |

THIS IS THE WORST TEACHER I EVER HAD. HE MADE ME dislike LAW. examS ARE DIFFERENT THAN THE "LECTURE" IF YOU ENJOY LISTENING TO HIS DIVORCE AND CUSTODY BATTLE YOU CAN TAKE THIS CLASS. I DID NOT PAY A GRAND TO LISTEN TO HIS PERSONAL ISSUES. P.S. IF I WOULD BE HIS WIFE I WOULD DIVORCE HIM TOO BECASUE HE TREATS WOMEN AS OBJECTS |
