She's terrible. There's NO room for error; she DOES NOT drop any exams! Each exam has only 6-7 questions, so each question is weighted heavily. She gives a quiz EVERY class after the 1st week, which means she expects you to KNOW the material by next class. We started with 25 students and ended with only 7 brave ones that stuck it out til the end. |

Dr.Polyashuk is one of the great math profs at neiu. She explains clearly and helps you. She does have regular and hw tests (yes, they are 2 diff. types). That's a way to get attendance. We were running out of time in the end so we didn't cover all of chapter 12 and didn't even get to 13. The final is cumulative! I would take her class again! :):) |
