prof. Jian Li is straight forward. Wdislikever he teaches in class would be what's on the exam and tests. He takes attendance, so be in class. You will learn from this guy because he relates the material to the real world and gives examples and practices of the study material in class. For MNGT 377 and 379, take this guy.
I took Prof Li for Mngmt 377 and 379. Both his courses are very simple. Just read what he tells you to read in the book for 377 and study the powerpoint slides carefully in 379. In 379, the tests and exams are exactly the same as the examples in the slides. He makes himself available all day and is great in giving extra help outside of class.
3 Exams, 6 tests with open notes and book and 4 papers. prof. Li is great. Don't take his on-line class, take the regular class. Don't miss any class because you can loose attendance points. One recommendation, study frequently and you will be fine.
dull class, but prof. Li is friendly and ready to help. 6 tests with open notes and book. 3 Exams (you can have a cheat sheet), mid level difficulty. Just read the book and you can have a B. If you want an A, you MUST study a little bit more.
Great teacher. Has an accent but speaks slowly and clearly so you can understand him without a problem. Very friendly and will answer questions. Gives quizes every week that are open book and notes. If you do well on the quizes and the case studies that will really help keep your grade up. He drops the lowest quiz. The final is cumulative.
The class isn't difficult at all, just read the book before the take-home tests, use a great cheat sheet for the exams, and pay attention in class. You can probably get away with an older edition for the textbook.
he's great. | |
This class is dull as fck. But Li is a great prof.. He wants his students to succeed since he attempts to engage the class and explains concepts if they are not clear. I would take him again. |
