Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	Simply the worst prof. I have ever had. As oppose to prepare PPslides, lecture in class and make sure students understand the material, Krissek picks some of the difficult problems in the back of the book, assigns those problems for HW and then solves them in class. He is very knowledgeable, but seems uninterested and unwilling to teach.
Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	I read all the comments, and the problem with Prof. Krissek is that he wants you to spend time in his course. Unfortunately, if you are taking 3 courses in a semester, his class will take 70% of your time; this means that the 30% will be for the 2 remaining courses. great educational level but totally unimpartial for people who works full time.
Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	People do not sign up for his class so you sign up for someone else and he shows up on the first day of class. I dislike his teaching style. If I wanted to learn by myself and ask questions after the fact I would have taken an online course and showed up for office hours. There are no power point slides, and no help. He is truly a terrible teacher.
Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	This prof. is difficult but you will have to learn the material!! Attending class is mandatory, especially if you want a grade better then a 'C'. READ YOUR BOOK!!! He explains things only through examples but if you dont read then you will be clueless as to what he is saying! STUDY OFTEN & DO HOMEWORK bc exams are based off those problems!!!!
Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	Avoid taking class with him especially for htis course .... but if you have no other option available then the great way to pass this course is to have his previous semester exams .... he repeats his exams .... i had to take class wid him and i had his previous semester exams and i studied from them and i earn an simple A
Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	3 exams, last exam is 1/3 dpt and the rest his final. final is 45% and you must attend class all the time. he solves hw problems but read the chapter before attending. if you understand the chapters, then the exams are very simple and simple. he is very very intelligent but he cannot teach great. its difficult to learn from him even tho he's intelligent
Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	He is not the great teacher, but is the Worst!!!, just choose another teacher, anyone will be better. If you don't have other choice, just pray a study a LOT!!!
Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	This guy is outstanding, for those that think this class is difficult, I don't know what to tell y'all ! You must attend his class in order to see how the problems are solved. His exams are very simple. They are like his turn in problems, which seem difficult but way more easier. I recommend him and feel free to ask for help in accounting as well, he is there and willing to help!

Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	Very friendly guy and professional but difficult grader. His exams are tough, no multiple choice and only 3 questions all essay. No slides, courses only on homework problems, you have to read your book yourself, he will only do the problems on the board but problems from the book and what is on the exam is totally opposite.
Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	What can I say about this teacher? His class is understandable and dull. He starts with 18 or 20 students and finish with 8 or 10 at the most, where 1 wil have B and the rest D.The average of his exams are D or less. In other words everybody is trying to avoid him. I think, you'll learn more if you take an online course.I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM!!!!
Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	He is definitely one of the worst prof.s I encountered at this school. He is really lazy and takes his time in returning the exam grades. If you want to feel stupid, just ask questions in class and if you go to ask any questions in his office hours he rushes you and tells you to read the book. (no help.) Just try avoiding him if you can.

He has many years teaching and nobody says nothing. terrible way to teach, and He cleans his hands saying: You have to study at home. The exams are bad typed sometimes and never use blackboard.I think he doesn't have time for the students and he thinks that his way to teach is the great. He is WRONG.
Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	I took ACCT 202 the past semester and everything was fine until I took his first and second exams. terrible way to measure the student knoweldge, Because he mention something in class and he made the exams in other way, he doesn't know how to type in Word, he never use the blackboard and if you want to know your grades you have to wait a LOT!!!!.
Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	he teaches you to use the calculator. exams were alot easier than the homework. exams were made up of the very very basics, with a calulator. if you pay attention to how to use the calulator, thats all you need. if you want to actually learn finance dont take him. if youre taking it just to cuz you have to then it isnt so bad
Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	The worst teacher ever. I had a misfortune of taking his two courses at the same semester: ACT 202 and FIN360. This guy is lazy (takes him over a month to grade your exam), arrogant and has no teaching skills. His final exam is a joke - a lot of questions and problems and not enough time to finish them all. Please STAY AWAY!

Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	Others are right about this incompetent "teacher". However, they fail to mention the most important shortfall: this guy does not teach Finance, he teaches "Calculator". He's useless, waste of time, you won't learn a thing. Worst instructor I've ever had. He claims he tries to make the class easier, but he is robbing us of knowledge. AVOID!!!

Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	terrible prof.! He made this class very difficult than what it really was. He is very arrogant, if you ask him any questions he will make you feel comepletely dumb in front of the whole class, which discourages students from asking questions. I don't know how the school keeps this prof., he even has very low enrollment, figures!!!
