Great instructor. Made explicitly clear the differences b/w GAAP actg and gov't actg. Teaches class from a 10k ft view so details of text don't need to be memorized-exams are at the same level. Lots of sample questions presented. Covered the ENTIRE text. Friendly & accommodating. |

After taking him for both actg 324 and 306, I can say that he's a great teacher because he's able to translate the concepts from the texts to make them easier to understand. For future students, get the book to follow his courses. |

The class wasn't so difficult and he was very clear.He's a difficult prof.. Very intelligent. Do not slack off and you will be fine. You must read the book! Otherwise I really appreaciated him. He pushed me to learn and I've learned alot in his class. |
