i took him for both finite math & business calculus. he is outstanding!! he is very clear. attendance is not mandatory. & ur entire grade is based off of 3 exams. i definitely recommend him. |

He explains problems so-so. You can get lost in the problems though. His idea of a review is telling you whats on the exam in words for 10 minutes... not very accommodating one class before a exam. Kept going over new material when a exam was coming up next class. Problems were very random. I dropped it and saved myself money. If just was not for me. |

friendlyst teacher ever! This is probably the sweeexam and most friendly prof. I have come across. Every math class of his is based on 3 exams, and even though I averaged B's on all 3 of them, he gave me an "A". I highly recommend him! |

Precalculus!!! prof. Finley is a very approachable teacher willing to help his student. He can be a bit tough and dull though. Also he seems to reuse exam from the previous semester. So as a heads up get what you can because he only has 3 exam for the semester. |

I had him for Both 185 and 187. He is outstanding! He will explain you the problems no matter how many times you want! He is a very friendly man, very simple but please DONOT take advantage if his friendlyness, you will not achieve anything in life that way. His study guides are very useful! He is very generous and modest! GREAT prof.! LOVE HIM! xD |

HE'S A great TEACHER. HE EXPLAINS THE MATERIAL WELL AND ALTHOUGH ATTENDING ISN'T MANDATORY, IT'S accommodating THAT YOU GO EVERYDAY.HE GIVES YOU A BRIEF REVIEW FOR EACH EXAM A WEEK BEFORE AND FOR THE FINAL HE GIVES YOU SIMILAR EXAMPLES TO WHAT'S GOING TO BE IN IT. simple CLASS!!! |
