Balsara is very great at explaining the material. He takes his time teaching it while giving many examples. The exams are exactly like the examples shown in class. He also gives practice exams which are very similar to the actual exams. He barely uses the textbook. He's not very personable but a great teacher. I would definitely take him again. |

prof. Balsara is one of the great FINA 371 teacher. He explains everything very thoroughly and specifically so there is no point of not understanding him until you start missing his courses. Keep your attendance perfect and get a great grade on the mid term. If you do so then you will be writing the same thing. |

Prof. Balsara is 1 of the great finance teachers in NEIU. He knows his things inside-out and cares about his students. His exams are very similar to the problems practiced in class. Make sure to attend every class bc he teaches many topics not covered in the book. The only ppl that do not do well in his class are those who do not show up in class. |

The great prof. ever! I had him for FIN 369, 374, 371. He explaines everything clearly with a lot of examples. Gives students a great practical preparation not only for the exams but for future career and real life financial cituations as well. I learned a lot from his courses and highly recommend him! |

great instructor I've had at NEIU period, and there have been quite a few excellent ones. Balsara is simply head and shoulders above his peers. Great guy, great teacher, and once he comes out of his shell he's actually quite hilarious! Take him for every single class he teaches! The great! |

I have him for fina 369 and 364. The great Finance teacher at NEIU. Explains everything very well, provides a lot of examples, goes over the exercises. He seems to care about his students and makes everyone does well. I will be taking more courses taught by Balsara. |

One of the great finance prof.s at NEIU!!! He might seem strict first, but he is a really friendly guy, very accommodating, straight forward. Wdislikever he teaches in class, you will see on the exam. Solve the problems from the study guide, its crucial for the exam! Highly recommend!!! |

Balsara is my favorite finance teacher. His teaching style is very direct and he do enough problems often enough that it becomes clear. 2nd exam was the easiest and he doesn't like people to miss class because class notes are important. |

Of all the finance teachers at NEIU, what makes Balsara stand out is that he teaches you his exam. He doesn't spend time to trick you. He will even highlight the most common errors. Class is simple, just show up and take notes. He is right about how the class turns out to be a class of great note-takers but he's too friendly to change his teaching style. |
