She is great overall. Accent doesn't help but I've seen much worse. Yes she doesn't have a lot of experience but it's a low funded state school. This is the great you get for the money you pay. Either way she really cares, and you can tell. You must show it, go to the office for help, read the book, do hw, samples. You will have an A
She is very accommodating and will challenge your thinking. People have to grow up and accept the accents of others afterall we are in a global ecenomy. She breaks up her Powerpoint with real problems to solve on the board.
One of the worst prof.s I've ever had. Such a big jump between the husband teacher who teaches ACCT 322 and her. She uses all her husbands material and try's to teach it. She flys through the material and expects you to know it your self. What do we pay these teachers for if they don't actually teach.
The teacher doesn't have experience, the way she teaching is just the husband's style. She just have master degree, got the job by her husband.
The material is difficult. You will have to read the book by yourself and do some of the problems to do great on the exams. The exams are totally based on the book. They are not based on the courses. Attendance is mandatory. She is really accommodating but cost accounting is not the easiest class so reading the book is a must.
prof. Sara is a very friendly person. The only barrier is her accent, but still a great teacher. 4 exams(all multiple choice), tests and homeworks periodically(not difficult). The class is a middle level of difficulty. She gives 10% of the grade if you don't miss more than 3 courses. Not bad at all. I recommend her.
