The Apocalypse Literary Arts Coalition is accepting submissions until March 15 for publication in their next issue. Apocalypse is a great venue for new and experienced writers to have their work published. Magazines are distributed not only to the university, but also across the Chicagoland area and even across the country, giving widespread exposure to contributors. “I think it’s very important that students at NEIU have a chance to have their creativity recognized,” says President Elizabeth Rodriguez. “Apocalypse provides that opportunity.” Submissions of poetry, fiction, plays, non-academic essays, artwork and photography should be sent to alac88@yahoo.com by March 15. All writings must be no longer than 3,000 words and sent as a .doc or .rtf attachment. All artwork must be submitted on a CD at 300 dpi in either .tif or .jpg format. Only 10 pieces of work per contributor will be considered for publication.
