“Fallen” follows Lans Kells, a freelance writer trying to get by in the new world post World War III, who inadvertently gets caught in the middle of an epic fight between Angels and Daemons for the souls of mankind. The Force insinuated to be God has left the tattered Earth to its own devices, with the Angel Gabriel becoming humanity’s sola protector. He has fought for mankind against the soul stealing Daemons, and as a result has been banished from Heaven.
As Lance struggles to understand and come to terms with the events he has become tangled in, he continues to learn more and more about the mysterious fantastical forces controlling the fate of man, eventually realizing that he and Gabriel have more in common than their desire to rid Earth of soul-snatchers.
“Fallen” is a bit graphic – not for the easily queasy reader – but Constantine is a wordsmith, and this extraordinary permiere story is an easy but intense read. Constatine features information on his upcoming works on his website percivalconstatine.omegacen.com, and if what is to come is nearly as a great as Fallen, it will not be long until this new author has a dedicated following.
Fascinating and original characters, witty dialogue and a compelling plot make “Fallen” a must read this summer. From start to finish, “Fallen” is captivating. The book is available now from amazon.com for $14.
