World ends at the edge of your seat

A swash-buckling film that holds up to the two that preceded it Pirates of the Caribbean: AT WORLD’S END is a thrill. The film is much more entertaining than the theme ride that it took the base of its story from. The film is best seen from the edge of the seat.

Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) has been sent to Davy Jones’ Locker (The world of the dead). It is up to the new crew of the Black Pearl led by Captain Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) to get Sparrow back from this world.

Meanwhile the East India Trading Company is persuading Captain Davy Jones (Bill Nighy) into joining their movement to rid the seas of all pirates.

With the Pirate Captains that hold the nine pieces of eight, which include Barbossa, Sparrow and another major plot character. They band together and fight Jones and the East India Trading Company.

Keith Richards does make a cameo appearance as Captain Teague, the keeper of the code. Richards made his first relations to the film when Depp had said that Richards, the guitarist for the Rolling Stones was his inspiration for Captain Jack Sparrow. It was a role obviously forced in because of Depp’s comment. The costuming for Captain Teague looks like something right off of a rum bottle.

Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) keeps the story plot interesting flipping back and forth with who he is throughout the story. The film has the best wedding scene that has ever been put into a major motion picture. The violence is a bit more graphic than is expected from Disney.

Using computer animation and modern special effects this film really comes to life. The interesting story plot keeps you guessing throughout this mystery until the end. This is a film to add to your must-see for the summer.
